Playing with Rubber Cement

While surfing the internet, I came across some Tutorials about 'Rubber Cement' & thought I must give it ago. It is just another way of doing the 'resist' technique & is lots of fun. On the tutorials I watched, they painted the Rubber Cement onto the card, however I decided to have a go at applying the Cement to a stamp, this was so much fun.
  • Picture 1: Live Laugh Love - I painted the cement onto gloss card & brayed ink over the top.
  • Picture 2: Happiness - I painted the cement onto blue cardstock & painted over the top.
  • Picture 3: Dare - I painted the cement onto a stamp & stamped onto white gloss cardstock, brayed over the top & then stamped using Coloured inkpad.
  • Picture 4: Dream - I brayed a light colour ink onto gloss cardstock, then painted the cement onto a flourish stamp & stamped onto the cardstock, once dry, I brayed a darker colour ink.
This technique is so much fun & I am sure I will be using it again very soon.
